SHIFTS: Day Shift, 40hour work week

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
  • Responsible for managing third party warehouse operations which includes line feed, receipts and shipments of full goods to meet service, cost, productivity, health and safety / environment and quality (HACCP, quality index) standards and targets.
  • Strong understanding of the facility budget and actual performance, allowing for proactive identification and implementation of cost improvement opportunities.
  • Inventory accuracy within the warehouse operations, including satellite facilities
  • Proactively lead and execute health, safety and environment programs within all brewery/warehouse facilities to ensure a safe and productive working environment for all employees.
  • Accountable for problem solving initiatives to improve identified areas of the warehouse operation.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal peers and external contacts. Create a productive working environment to the team and provide feedback/coaching as required to develop the individuals
  • Process management within the defined SAP, Management Control & Reporting System, Voyageur Plant Optimization routine and Advanced Planning System planning processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree required in logistics, operations management or other related degree
  • five years of relevant experience preferred, preferably in a production environment
  • Strong ability to use root cause analysis to solve problems related to training or skills development in an operational environment and ability to take action quickly
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
