This position is a multi tasked one. It has three key areas of responsibility. First it is the front line on customer contact. The incumbent will interact with customers and either forward calls to the appropriate individual or interact with the customer and secure their orders over the telephone. This is restricted to the sales of our door product line only. Further, the incumbent will be responsible for data entry in regards to our accounting system. This will include inputting inventory receipts, retail and dealer orders and deposits and account payments. The third element is support to door installation scheduling with interaction with customers to establish/confirm installation dates.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, be customer focussed and have a supportive and friendly demeanour. Experience in Administration and customer service and support is preferred. A team player is an asset, as is the ability to work effectively in a high paced environment.
