Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain office daily operations by handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
2. Serve as a point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
3. Support the owner in scheduling of appointments, meetings, and occasional urgent arrangements as required.
4. Create and maintain the documents and spreadsheets, including copying, scanning, and filing.
5. Maintain a consistent online presence through regular updates for the company’s website and social media platforms.
6. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
7.Assist in managing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
8. Maintain and order office supplies.
Basic Qualifications:
1. College diploma in business/office administration or another related field.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in a secretary/assistant or similar role is required.
3. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
4. Able to work well under pressure, plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.
5. Strong attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
