Thrive Family Chiropractic is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant/Client Care Coordinator for maternity leave coverage until May 2025. Formerly Glenbourne Chiropractic, established in the Clayton Park Area for 20 years, we made our move to Lower Sackville in May 2023. Our clinic is all about helping people be their very best. The Client Care Co-Ordinator's key responsibility is to ensure that all clients, new and existing, receive the best possible customer care from entry to exit. The main goal of this position is to build and strengthen the client bond through exceptional service.
The successful candidate will perform all administrative tasks such as:
- Answer the phone
- Check and respond to voicemail and email messages
- Greet patients and visitors to the clinic
- Book new and existing patient visits
- Collect and process payments
- Recall patients
- Filing and scanning
- Light cleaning duties
The successful candidate MUST have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work effectively with or without supervision
- A positive attitude and must be coachable and a team player
- Ability to multi-task with efficiency
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to connect with people in a genuine manner
- Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new computer programs easily.
This is a temporary part-time position to cover a maternity leave that will end May 2025. Experience working in a reception position and any sales experience is considered an asset, as is the skill to understand the needs of patients and co-workers alike. The ability to multi-task and take direction is crucial to the role. A love of health and wellness is always an asset.

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
