Department: Justice and Public Safety – Corrections
Placement Description: The candidate will work in a multi-correctional facility and will be responsible for reception duties (such as phone, mail, and filing). They will be required to maintain client files, take meeting minutes, and order office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Language requirement: English or bilingual
- Work at this level requires education gained through high school or GED, as well as one year of post-secondary education in administration or a related field
Skills/Highlights:
- Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
