Pioneer Family Pools is looking for a personable and professional Administrative Coordinator for our Above Ground Pool Program! You will become apart of our growing distribution team in a fast paced and exciting environment. This is a seasonal position from May 1st 2024 to September 1st 2024.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the Customer Service aspect and Schedule Creation of our Above Ground Installation / Delivery teams. This includes speaking to customers on a DAILY basis.
Responsibilities include;
- Working with the Operations coordinator to manage the installation schedule
- Booking Installation appointments with customers
- Booking Delivery appointments with customers
- Order entry of sales agreements into Navison
- Coordinating with distribution team to ensure product is available for deliveries
- Coordinating with sales representatives for any order changes
- Coordinating with build team to reschedule and build schedule.
- Handling customer service calls, presenting any issues to operations coordinator
- Ability to Create and Maintain multiple schedules for the Pioneer Pools Installation Team.

The pool industry provides an opportunity for a large amount of work in a short period of time. The position is perfect for students looking to save for their post secondary education or anyone searching for a full-time office opportunity.
Due to the nature of the pool industry, we do work 6 DAYS A WEEK for the months of May & June. This provides an opportunity for employees to earn more $$$ then a tradition summer position.
During the Months of July & August we still work 5 days a week with full time hours but do not work Saturdays.
