Spring Honda in Cranbrook has an exciting career opportunity in our Service Department as our new Service Advisor.
Spring Honda Service Advisors are responsible for offering Service maintenance, diagnosis or repairs to satisfy customer vehicle concerns and provide accurate estimates for all recommended services and repairs. Service Advisors are also responsible for communication with customers as to the status of their vehicle and to review repair orders with customers as needed throughout the repair process. In addition, Service Advisors are also responsible for arranging for customer pick-up appointments at the end of the repair and maintenance process and for liaising with technicians to confirm the status of the work. Service Advisors are also responsible for workflow in the shop and the scheduling of service vehicles in accordance with customer specification and technician skill levels and are required to determine technician workloads and juggle multiple deadlines to ensure constant shop production. Service Advisors are also expected to assist with booking customer service appointments, answering general service inquiries, and proactively handle customer concerns.
