Position: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Precise Mechanical Repairs - Kerry's Car & Truck Centre, Parksville

Job Description:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Kerry's Car & Truck Centre, you'll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their Automotive Service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assessing their service requirements

- Providing accurate estimates and recommendations based on vehicle inspections

- Coordinating service appointments and maintaining communication with customers throughout the process

- Collaborating with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

- Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Utilizing our state-of-the-art systems to manage service records and appointments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Automotive Service advising or related customer service roles preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software

Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
