Billing Coordinator (14 Month Contract)

We deliver propane and furnace oil for home heating, bulk fuel for farmers and commercial accounts, as well as a 24 hour self-serve Cardlock fueling station that is part of the IPN network. In addition, we have an HVAC division that installs and services the most efficient furnace in today’s market.

Position Responsibilities

• All invoicing for Installs, Service, Parts and Rentals.
• Billing fuel start ups, pump outs and to resellers.
• Maintaining asset list related to rental equipment.
• Registering equipment warranties.
• Submitting and tracking warranty claims.
• Assist Clients with invoice inquiries.
• Maintain customer records in PetroPlus.
• Assist with other projects/tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-Secondary education preferred.
• Accounts Receivable/Billing experience an asset.
• Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Must be able to work in-person Monday to Friday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Pay rate will be commensurate with education and years of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
