We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with prior experience in the Corporate Housing industry that can leverage Sales & Marketing techniques along with existing book of clients. This role will be responsible for strategically developing business with new and existing clients by offering our diverse products and services with key decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales efforts focus on Corporate Housing opportunities
- Selling Short Term Stays/Rentals and other services to Corporate Clients
- Actively seeking new properties (Apartments, Serviced accommodation, Houses) to add to portfolio of offering to clients.
- Generate revenue through prospecting new clients and business opportunities using various selling techniques (Meetings, Compelling presentations, Cold Calling, etc.)
- Create and manage referral program with all stakeholders in the property management life cycle (Tenants, Property Owners, Custodial Services, Property Management Companies, etc.)
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients
- Attend industry events and client meetings for business negotiations to support Business Development and sales efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience serving in Corporate Housing, Destination services, relocation or Property Management at Corporate Level
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Regional business landscape and a well-established network of corporate contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
