WordJack Business Development Representative:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding Sales Team in the United States and Canada! As a Business Development Rep (BDR), you will be identifying and booking meetings with new businesses in the small to medium markets. You will be responsible for organizational mapping, prospecting and qualifying leads through cold campaigns and setting up opportunities for the Digital Media Consultants. You will contact these prospects over the phone, via email, text, and social platforms to explain the value proposition of Digital Media with WordJack. You will book qualified meetings, follow up on prospects and work with your sales team to deliver a strong customer experience and exceed team objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Find and qualify prospects, then convert them into Qualified Meetings booked for our Digital Media Consultants.
- Perform cold outreach through multi-channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and running through ongoing cadences in Hubspot.
- Work on strategic outbound account-based campaigns.
- Leverage, interpret, and simplify data from a variety of sources.
- Utilize sales tech such as RingCentral, Insites, Hubspot, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and any other introduced platforms.
- Learn and understand our market segments and target audiences.
- Consistently maintaining daily and monthly KPIs and targets.
- Work in collaboration with Digital Media Consultants, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Innovate and develop new ways to sell and disrupt the market today.

- Experience with our tech stack is an asset not a must, that includes: RingCentral, Hubspot, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
- A proactive and motivated individual able to work independently and with a team.
- High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding individual and team goals.
- Superb written, speaking, and listening skills with a superior professional command of the English language.
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge and experience with Digital Media Marketing is a very strong asset.
- 1+ years of previous Business Development/sales development experience in a SaaS organization.
- Identifying and prospecting professionals in the trades and small business vertical is considered a bonus.
- Ambitious self-starter who is willing to learn, innovate and exceed personal and team goals.
- Career development focused.
BDR Compensation Plan
Annual Base $30,000
Uncapped Variable: $25,000
Target Compensation at 100%: $55,000
Additional Incentives, Accelerators, Quarterly bonus and other perks to add to your wallet.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
