Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Interviewers that can speak and write fluently in French and English. As a Call Center Interviewer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a high volume of calls.
Duties:
- Conduct market research and qualitative research interviews to gather valuable customer feedback
- Enter consumer and business professionals’ responses accurately into our systems
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and some weekends as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.20-$19.20 per hour
