Call Centre/Room Booking Coordinator

Regular Full-time

Duties: This position reports to the Registrar & Director of Institutional Research, and is responsible for operating the main campus switchboard; room bookings coordination for Cranbrook and Gold Creek campuses facility room booking requests for staff, students, and the general public; provide for a wide range of administrative support for Enrolment Services.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Office Administration Certificate & Specialty (Administrative Studies or Bookkeeping Certificate) or equivalent Post-secondary coursework along with a minimum two years of related work experience in a high volume customer service environment. In addition to strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software, candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal and public relations skills able to work in a confidential environment. Experience in evacuation and emergency procedures is desirable.

Salary: As per the CUPE Salary Schedule and Collective Agreement, Pay Level 4 $45,445.40The College also offers a comprehensive range of benefits and pension.
