The job:
The Call Centre Service Representative will assist in selling and promoting GFL’s solid waste services to businesses and industrial establishments by placing outgoing calls and handling incoming customer calls and questions in a professional, courteous manner. Assist outside sales representative with appointment setting, customer tracking and quotations.

A day in the life* of a Call Centre Service Representative:
- Arrive at the work station that services inbound calls and customers emails for multiple divisions within GFL.
- Field emails and customer inquiries with a solutions oriented attitude and display your ability to multitask
- Perform assigned tasks, which may include:
- Customer follow-ups and call-backs
- Email follow-ups
- Payment requests
- Run credit checks on new customers
- Be a positive advocate for the GFL Environmental image by fostering cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external customers.
- Complete other responsibilities, as requested by management
