Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees in a retail environment
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties effectively
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and Customer Service
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure consistent operations across multiple store locations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or store management is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proven ability to sell products or services and meet sales goals
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers or vendors
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to promote products or services effectively
