We are seeking a high motivated, evidenced-based Chiropractor interested in a potential ownership stake. Experience with concussions, top notch manual therapy skills, and sound rehabilitation approaches, as well as an interest in neurological and mental health are all considered assets.
This is a long-term position that is open to all candidates with a desire to grow the business and interest in earning into the clinic in the future. The successful candidate should be passionate about their work and easily able to demonstrate a commitment to continuing medical education and being able to motivate their cpatients to participate in their treatment programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Assess patients' medical history, symptoms, and physical condition to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide patient education on proper posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as physical therapists and massage therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Document client care activity concisely and accurately, according to the College guidelines.
- Understanding of insurance procedures and claims.

Skills and Qualifications
- Must be practicing, fully licensed, and registered in good standing with the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors.
- Proficient in pain management techniques to alleviate musculoskeletal pain.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and create a comfortable treatment environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform chiropractic adjustments
- Ability to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions accurately.
- Effective problem-solving skills to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment options and educate patients on self-care techniques.
