Functional Synergy is seeking a professional, fun, and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to be the heart of our wellness community! This is a fantastic part-time contract virtual position (Calgary location a plus!) with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Your Role

• Be the voice of kindness and support: Your day will be filled with guiding customers, answering emails, troubleshooting basic tech issues, providing billing support, and showing our customers and community that you truly care.
• Problem-solving ninja: You'll troubleshoot logistical hiccups, streamline processes, and are very comfortable learning new online platforms.
• Course champion: Help students select classes, access their trainings, ensure everything runs smoothly for live courses, and create CE certificates.
