Reporting to the Location Lead, the successful candidate will lead, motivate, educate, and is responsible for providing an effective Client Service experience across our locations. This individual holds the responsibility of forming and maintaining all client relationships and is on-site for day-to-day operations within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers an exceptional client experience
- Manages calendars, schedules and day-to-day deliverables
- Monitors and coordinates responses to messages received in The Fitness Lab’s general communications inbox and other community inquiries/comments/feedback
- Maintains contact information of The Fitness Lab’s stakeholders and community partners
- Maintains files, documents and centralizes all communications tools under standard operating procedures
- Supports locations with ordering of all inventory product, office and gym supplies
- Other duties as required

Education and Certifications:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- An acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience may serve as an alternative to meet the minimum education standard.
Hours and Salary:
- 10-20 hours per week - candidate must have availability to accommodate additional on-call hours (evenings and weekends)
