Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a confident, professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The primary responsibility for this position is to answer incoming calls, greet guests and schedule appointments. This position also includes administrative work, and the successful candidate will need to be able to work independently, communicate clearly and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone and greet the public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with patients and other professionals.
• Write routine correspondence.
• Schedule appointments for staff
• Help with social media engagement
