Medical Receptionist

Job description

• Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries, scheduling appointments.
• Having 2 years of experience with OSCAR is a requirement.
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

• Greeting visitors
• Scheduling
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
