Who are we looking for?
- Full-time Collection Agent to speak with customers on inbound / outbound calls to collect outstanding bills, resolve account delinquency by setting up payment arrangement / plan, follow up with customers on phone / Email, and comply with portfolio’s policies and procedures
- Candidate with prior collection experience preferred – able to meet and exceed performance goals
- Individual that thrives in a fast-paced and growth-oriented contact center environment
- Highly customer focused, willingness to assist customers with professional attitude
- Individual who possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and bridging skills
- Tech savvy and is comfortable maneuvering between multiple applications
- Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
- Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Post-secondary school education or equivalent - Above the age of 18
- Fluent in English and active listening skills
- Data entry, good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government ID
** This campaign requires you to provide your own web camera, wired headset and hardwired internet at home. The equipment will be provided by the company which you are to pick up from our office the week before you start.
