We are currently looking for a Community Manager to handle the Instagram and TikTok accounts for four restaurant brands. Here's an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content for the Instagram and TikTok accounts of the four restaurant brands
- Create engaging and attractive content, including images, videos, stories, etc.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Interact with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, etc.
- Analyze account performance and propose adjustments to optimize results
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in community management on Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to produce original and compelling content
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Passion for the restaurant industry and social media culture
