Csr Team Lead

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated CSR Team Lead to join our team. This person should possess excellent customer service skills; these skills must be applied to both internal and external clients. A passion for technology will dictate success within our business sector.

Responsibilities:

• Training new customer service team members.
• Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
• Suggesting new procedures to improve customer service
• Resolving escalated customer issues
• Motivating customer service team to meet goals
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and lead to overall performance improvement and organisational efficiency.
• Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members

Experiences/Skills Required:

• 5 years experience in the telecommunications field.
• 3 years customer relationship management / customer service
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, at decision maker levels
• Advanced level of MS Office and PC proficiency
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
• Demonstrated competency in determining and analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Aptitude for customer service
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Bilingualism (French and English)

Salary: $53,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
