We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and outgoing team player to take on the role of Team Lead, for the parking operations in Moncton.
WORK SCHEDULE:
The successful applicant will have a regular schedule of day time shifts, Tuesday to Saturday, with a paid break bonus. Additional hours are required from time to time as operations dictate. Participation in call back program (which comes with additional compensation) is required.
Access to reliable transportation is required. You must posses a valid Canadian drivers license and have a clean drivers abstract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
OPERATIONS:
- Reporting to the Area Supervisor, your will take ownership and leadership of the overall parking operations during your shift, while abiding by the standards and norms of Indigo.
- You will assist guests in navigating the site, paying for parking, and answering general inquires.
- You will inspect the parking area daily to verify that equipment and lighting function properly, that cars circulate without problems, and that there is a sufficient quantity of supplies necessary to the proper functioning of the parking lot.
- You will patrol the parking area and issue citations for parking violations.
- You will provide rest breaks to employees in parking booths and/or help desk locations.
- You will complete minor equipment repairs as required, minimizing any downtime to the parking operation.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Count, collect and deposit parking revenues.
- Use of POS software, and parking software.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:
- Build positive relationships with customers and the client.
- Note the nature of complaints received by customers, and actively help develop and suggest solutions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and clients in English and French.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy.
- Great communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to use basic hand tools for making repairs.

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
