What will you do?

• Take initiative and inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
• Effectively train and coach the sales team
• Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
• Communicate product needs to your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
• Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets
• Exceptional one on one selling skills and able to create lasting customer relationships
• Excels in merchandising and brand appeal
• Bilingual is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of previous Key Holder/ Management experience

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Campbellton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
• retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
