We're growing and have an opening for a Customer Service Administrator to add to our existing team of Account Managers at our Vaughan office. We want to meet ambitious and accountable individuals who are seeking the opportunity to work for a company in high growth mode.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Monitor the activities of subcontractors as they merchandise and maintain various product sets in retail stores to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Work with and report to Director of Operations and Director of Special Projects
- Deal with merchandisers' requests for information or general merchandising inquiries
- Troubleshoot and rectify any issues with merchandiser reports and services
- Analyze and review merchandiser reports in order to prepare for next month services
- Maintain regular communication with assigned client base to prepare monthly servicing as per their needs as well as to update on the status of current services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a retail environment is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
