The Town of Mount Royal is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a temporary, full-time, fixed-term position, for an undetermined period.
The work consists of ensuring Customer Service with respect to the various activities of the Town of Mount Royal and its partners. The Customer Service Agent will, among other things:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes client requests for information by ensuring the accuracy of the answers through the use of the tools at their disposal or by taking the necessary steps with the appropriate services and organizations, if applicable.
- Ensures the delivery of the required service in accordance with the level of deconcentration of activities negotiated with the departments.
- Receives, analyzes, processes and follows up on customer requests, complaints, comments or suggestions.
- Deposits different amounts of money.
- Is acquainted with the various projects in his sector and thus contributes to drawing up a portrait of the population's needs.
- Initiates or participates in information meetings or problem-solving processes with relevant stakeholders in conjunction with his/her immediate supervisor.
- Greets participants and staff at public consultation meetings and participates in various public events.
- Acts as Commissioner for Oaths.
- Writes, as required, certain explanatory or informational documents.
- Guides and directs the work of a few employees assigned to related tasks and checks the quality of work.
- May use a variety of devices and systems to perform tasks related to the job, using appropriate programming.
- Perform any other related tasks.
