Job description
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Agent's main responsibilities are to :
- Answer requests and questions from various customers (funeral homes) in both official languages, French and English;
- Take customer orders via telephone or website.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up with the team and customers by telephone and/or in writing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous, respectful and efficient service.
- Any other related duties.

Qualifications
Education and accreditations :
- College diploma in administrative techniques or any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
Type of experience required :
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a Customer service department in a similar position.
Special skills :
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills and familiarity with the Windows and Office 365 environment
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills and commitment to quality Customer service
- Team-oriented
