About this position
This is an exciting opportunity to join Great Canadian Bungee’s team in an important role as a Customer Service representative.
Great Canadian Bungee is the North American leader in the bungee jumping and ziplining industry with a wealth of long standing training programs, management and operational infrastructure developed over 30 operating seasons. Although a major asset, this job opportunity does not require direct experience. Instead, candidates for this opportunity should possess a high level of professionalism, confidence, team-work experience and a love for the outdoors.
Responsibilities
· Registering guests onsite
· Coordinating activity times and reservations)
· Selling merchandise such as t-shirts and videos
· Assisting in training of new team members
· Answering inquiries by email and telephone
· Maintenance of the office and Customer Service area
Work period
Season: End of April to Mid-November
Work Location
Great Canadian Bungee’s jump site is in the Morrison Quarry at 1780 Rt 105, Chelsea, Qc.
Candidate Requirements
- Work in a team environment
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Possess First-Aid/CPR or be willing to take.
- Having Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Be familiar with Office/Google softwares.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$21.25 per hour
