Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and friendly interaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services to customers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Work from Home Device Requirements:
- High Speed internet with minimum of 2 to 5 mbps
- Preferred wired connection to the internet but Wi-Fi is acceptable
- Access and own a laptop or PC that runs on Windows 10 or better
