Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Eastern Collision Centre is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
- Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
- Outbound calls to customers with status updates
- Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
- Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
- Assist with accounts receivables
- Assist with in person Customer Service as well as office work
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Customer Service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi would be an asset
- Experience with Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
