We have an energetic team of service technicians and administrative staff helping grow the Sault's largest lawn care service company. Nutri-Lawn and its related service companies Soo Rainbow Sprinklers and Mosquito.Buzz, is currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service/Sales Associate

The position will be key in ensuring our business achieves its annual targets in sales, customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Type / Category

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service/Sales Associate to help support our office team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with data entry, Customer Service and sales; is capable of taking direction and utilizing their time effectively; and has a passion for helping people.

This position is responsible for inbound/outbound lead generation, handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, as well as various administrative support duties.

We offer on the job training for our specific software and the product and services that we offer. Our small office setting provides a fun and safe work environment.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Customer service and sales – minimum of 2 years (Preferred)
• Quick learner
• Communicate accurately and effectively with staff and clients
• Confident working with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
• Effective time management skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
