Customer Service Supervisor - Retail

Job Duties:

a. Supervise sales staff and cashier

b. Prepare Work Schedules for different grocery items

c. Maintain and Supervise Inventory of the stores

d. Order merchandise ahead of time

e. Preparing necessary reports regarding convenient stores items, cigarettes etc.

f. Supervising lottery sales

g. May perform key holdings such as opening the stores

h. Developing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries

i. Responsible to give training of new staff and monitor and report performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
