We are looking for an individual that is able to work without supervision with amicable and friendly disposition, available to work Weekdays, and flexible for evenings and Saturdays, please forward us your resume.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet patients, dealing with calls from patients and calling them if appropriate.
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Using Dentrix system (or at least be familiar with any dental software) to book, switch and cancel appointments.
- Writing to them where necessary to chase payment or sending out reminders that they need to be seen for routine check-ups or further dental treatment.
- General administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and sorting/filing/sending forms.
- Handling payment from patients (cash, cards and cheques)
Qualifications and Skills
- Good knowledge using Dentrix (or any other dental software)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis
- Working knowledge of dental insurance
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized pay attention to details.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
