```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) using Epic or other systems
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and provide accurate billing information to patients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Skills:```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or similar systems
- Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes

Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
