SalaryThe Huronia Oral Surgery Group is seeking a full-time/part-time Administrative Assistant for our North Bay practice. Our Reception team is responsible for administrative duties in our paperless office management system. Our Administrative Assistants are integral to the overall efficiency and productivity of our practice . The ideal candidate will have strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication. As the first contact with our practice, our administrative assistants set the tone for our patients to have a positive experience during their time in our care. Additionally, our administrative team work in cohesion with our clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Duties include booking appointments, answering the phone, taking payments and submitting insurance claims. Previous dental experience and familiarity with Dentrix practice management software would be an asset. Level II Dental Assisting would also be an asset.
Hourly pay will depend on experience.
