Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a professional Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team of dental professionals. We are a fast pasted, well-established office within the heart of Collingwood. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of care for our patients.

We're focusing on hiring a candidate with great communication skills and with a minimum of one year of dental reception experience, but we are willing to train for the correct candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Reception duties include greeting, scheduling, and directing patients.
• Insurance billing and payments.
• Organize dental referrals, records, and patient medical history
• Manage patient communication services such as office email, text, and website communication
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and reports
• Other administrative support as required

Experience is an asset but not mandatory

Scheduled hours will be Monday, Thursday and Fridays

Very competitive compensation, depending on your experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
