We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. The level of experience will be reflected in the pay. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an ability to multi-task, and have previous experience working as an receptionist in any field. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and managing patient records. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Collect payments from patients and enter payments into the system.
- Assist with insurance claims and other administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
