- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to providing exceptional patient care.

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
