What You Will Do: Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude. Schedule appointments and Manage the Appointment book. Assist with patient registration and insurance verification. Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism. Maintain a tiday and organized reception area. Work closely with the Dental Team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities. Knowledge of Dental Terminology. Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software. Customer service experience is a bonus.
