Dental Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve managing patient appointments, maintaining electronic records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Tracker dental software
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Proficiency with Tracker dental office software is a plus, but training for Tracker software will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment

Salary: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
