Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's scheduling system (such as Dentrix or Epic)
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with billing and financial transactions, including processing payments and providing cost estimates to patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
- Proficiency in using dental office software systems such as Dentrix or Epic
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
