Dental Receptionist

Trenton Smiles dental Center is looking for a Dental Receptionist. We are a family owned dental office owned by Dr. Rajpara and Dr. Patel. we are now hiring a full time Dental Receptionist who offer great experience to our patients.

Some Experience as Dental Reception or Administration is an asset.

Position duties:

Day to day Dental Reception duties at a dental office. Welcome and greet patients as they arrive at the dental office. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Book and confirm dental appointments, assist with insurance company and billing inquiries including any pre-determination estimate quotes. Collect and process payments from patients.
Work with our other Receptionist and maintain efficient patient schedule for Hygiene and DDS by booking appointments as per office policies. Manage the recall system to book overdue patients. Crossover duties and miscellaneous duties to assist the proper functioning of the Practice.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
