We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. Our Dental Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient registration, clerical duties, and other general office duties. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is excited about working with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering quality patient care.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The Dental Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing excellent customer service to patients, and supporting the overall efficiency of the dental office.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
