SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- 5 Days of the week
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Tuesdays: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Fridays: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Dental Receptionist /Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as iTero is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
