Our dynamic practice in Whitby ON is looking for a versatile and dedicated individual to take on a dual role as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Hygiene Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, has a keen understanding of dental procedures and treatment planning, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the best patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dental office setting, particularly in a receptionist & Dental hygiene treatment coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in office software and dental practice management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
