SalaryJoin our friendly dental practice! We are looking for a warm and welcoming receptionist/administrator to fill the shoes of our retiring team member.
Responsibilites:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
Experience in the dental field is preferred but not required.
Please note that the hiring time is flexible.
