Dental Receptionist

Our dental office is looking to hire a reliable and dedicated Dental Receptionist / administrator to join the busy, friendly team of professionals at our office. Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients.
• Scheduling & confirming appointments.
• Answering phone calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries.
• Collecting and updating patient information, including medical history and insurance.
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
• Collect and process payments from patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of general office procedures, phone systems, email etc.
• Previous medical or dental office experience considered a plus.
• Knowledge of dental software, especially Tracker, considered a plus.
• Ability to speak Arabic, French or additional languages considered a plus.

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent – with potential for full time in future.

Salary: Dependant on experience

Expected hours: 2-4 days per week, including evenings and some Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
