SalaryOur modern and fast-paced office is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our team, with the possibility to become full-time as the office is rapidly growing.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly person that focuses on patient care and has a strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
You will be responsible for greeting our patients with a warm welcome, answering phone calls and assist with patient inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, insurance breakdowns and processing claims and payments, reactivation calls, managing the daily schedule to ensure efficiency with limited gaps, and monitoring the day-to-day administrative duties of the practice to ensure it runs smoothly.
Availability on Mondays and Saturdays is required, the rest of the week can be discussed.
Knowledge of ABELDent is an asset but not mandatory.
Experience in dental office administration is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
