Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone systems, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with patient registration and check-in process
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Abeldent knowledge is preferred
